I am an incoming Masters student at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), starting in February 2027. I plan to arrive in Denmark around 15 January 2027 and am looking for accommodation from that date.

I am open to renting a private room in a shared apartment or house, as well as a small private studio or apartment.

My requirements:
- Monthly rent: Ideally DKK 3,000–4,000, with a maximum budget of DKK 5,000, preferably including utilities.
- Location: Lyngby, Ballerup, Copenhagen, Albertslund, Glostrup, Søborg, Rødovre, or other nearby areas with convenient public transport connections to DTU Lyngby.
- Move-in date: Around 15 January 2027.
- Rental duration: Long-term preferred.
- Furnishing: Furnished accommodation preferred, but unfurnished options are also welcome.
- CPR registration: Must be possible.
- Utilities: Electricity, water, heating and internet preferably included in the rent.

I am clean, responsible, quiet and respectful of shared spaces. I am open to living with people of any gender.
