Parking: ideally private/resident parking or reasonably convenient parking nearby.
Transport: good access to Metro, S-train or other reliable public transport is important.
Lifestyle: you value peace at home more than being directly in the nightlife area, but would like some cafés/restaurants locally and easy access to more active neighbourhoods when going out.
