My Rental Preferences & Needs:

Rental Period: I am looking for a short-term rental for the exact duration of my Erasmus exchange semester: from late August 2026 until January 31st, 2027.

Type of Accommodation: A private room in a shared apartment (coliving/colocation) or a private studio apartment.

Condition: The room/studio must be fully furnished (including a bed, wardrobe, and a desk for studying) with access to laundry facilities (washer/dryer).

Registration: CPR registration must be possible at the address for the duration of my stay.

Location & Commute: I prefer areas well-connected to the University of Copenhagen and the city center via metro or S-train (such as Frederiksberg, Østerbro, Nørrebro, Valby, Vanløse, or Amager).

Budget: Flexible, looking for good value, preferably with utilities (water, heating, electricity, internet) included in the price.

Lifestyle: I am a 22-year-old French-Spanish Computer Science student. I am a strict non-smoker, very tidy, quiet, and exceptionally respectful of property and quiet hours. I am very easy-going and pet-friendly (I love cats!). My funding is fully secured for the entire duration of the lease.
